2) Controlled lift and containment

We collect debris using disposable cloths and scrapers, not brooms. Waste goes straight into heavy-duty bags or lidded tubs, sealed before leaving the immediate area.

3) Surface decontamination

We apply biocides to floors, skirtings, guards and timbers and allow the full contact time. Porous materials may require a second pass or a sealing coat after drying.

4) Item triage

Heavily contaminated soft items (such as soaked insulation or low-value mats) are removed. Hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected; salvageable items may be bagged for off-site cleaning where appropriate.

5) Waste handling and egress
